摘要
随着我国城市化和工业化进程的快速推进以及人民生活水平的不断提高,大量垃圾的产生和堆积产生了严重的环境问题。因此,环境污染治理的日益迫切以及对垃圾处理设备的巨大需求量使环卫机械得到了快速发展。本课题研制的移动式垃圾压缩设备是众多环卫机械中的典型代表,它可将周边运送来的垃圾进行压实后转运,有效地解决了垃圾堆积和转运过程中飘洒带来的二次污染问题,同时提高了转运效率并降低了成本,具有十分重要的现实意义。
移动式垃圾车是在压缩垃圾车基础上加装后挂桶翻转机构或垃圾斗翻转机构。由密封式垃圾厢、液压系统、操作系统组成。整车为全密封型,自行压缩、自行倾倒、压缩过程中的污水全部进入污水厢,较为彻底的解决了垃圾运输过程中的二次污染的问题,具有压力大、密封性好、操作方便、安全等优点。利用软件对该液压系统进行动力学仿真AMEsim,动力学仿真ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of Chinas urbanization and industrialization process and the improvement of peoples life, a lot of garbage and the accumulation have produced serious environmental problems. Therefore, the huge demand for garbage compression equipment and the effective management of environmental problems make environmental protection equipment grow rapidly. The mobile garbage compression equipment that our project was studying is the typical representative of many environmental protection equipments.It can transship garbage that is shipped from the surrounding after being compacted,which is effective to solve the garbage accumulation and the secondary pollution brought during the transport and having important practical significance.
Mobile garbage compression vehicle is installed in the compression garbage truck basis after hanging overturning mechanism or garbage bucket turnover mechanism. Consists of sealed garbage car、 hydraulic system、 operating system. The vehicle is fully sealed, compressed by itself, dumping, compression process of sewage all entered the sewage chamber, is thoroughly solve pollution two garbage in the process of transportation problem, has the advantages of high pressure, good sealing performance, convenient operation, safety.
