中国农村居民银行储蓄资产财富效应研究中期报告

摘要：

本研究综合了文献研究和实地调研，对中国农村居民银行储蓄资产的财富效应进行了中期研究。结果显示，农村居民银行储蓄资产对当地经济和社会的发展起着积极的作用。具体来说，农村居民银行储蓄资产可以促进农村经济的发展、提高居民收入水平、改善农村居民的生活质量，并且对于推动金融、教育和健康等公共事务的发展也具有重要的支持作用。

本研究还发现，不同层次的农村居民对于储蓄资产的财富效应存在差异。低层次的农村居民主要靠银行储蓄来提高自身收入水平，中层次的农村居民则会将储蓄资产用于创业和投资，以期获得更高的经济回报和财富积累。而高层次的农村居民则更注重储蓄资产的保值增值和家族传承作用。

综上所述，中国农村居民银行储蓄资产对于当地经济和社会的发展具有重要的贡献，同时不同层次的农村居民对于储蓄资产的财富效应也存在差异。因此，在制定相关政策时需要考虑到不同层次农村居民的需求和利益。

Abstract：

ThisstudyintegratesliteratureresearchandfieldinvestigationtoconductamidtermstudyonthewealtheffectofruralresidentsbanksavingsassetsinChina.Theresultsshowthatruralresidentsbanksavingsassetsplayapositiveroleinthelocaleconomicandsocialdevelopment.Specifically,ruralresidentsbanksavingsassetscanpromotethedevelopmentofruraleconomy,improvetheincomelevelofresidents,improvethequalityoflifeofruralresidents,andhaveanimportantsupportiveroleinpromotingthedevelopmentofpublicaffairssuchasfinance,education,andhealth.

Thisstudyalsofoundthattherearedifferencesinthewealtheffectofsavingsassetsforruralresidentsatdifferentlevels.Low-levelruralresidentsmainlyrelyonbanksavingstoimprovetheirownincomelevel,andmid-levelruralresidentswillusesavingsassetsforentrepreneurshipandinvestmentinordertoobtainhighereconomicreturnsandwealthaccumulation.High-levelruralresidentspaymoreattentiontothepreservationandappreciationofsavingsassetsandtheroleoffamilyinheritance.

Insummary,ruralresidentsbanksavingsassetsinChinamakeimportantcontributionstolocaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,andtherearedifferencesinthewealtheffectofsavingsassetsforruralresidentsatdifferentlevels.Therefore,whenformulatingrelevantpolicies,itisnecessarytoconsidertheneedsandinterestsofruralresidentsatdifferentlevels.
