本科学生毕业设计 . 院部名称: 专业班级: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职 称: 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一二年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Liquid Level Based on Wireless Remote Monitoring Candidate:Specialty:Measurement Control Technology and Instrumentation Class:Supervisor:.Li Jing Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2012-06·Harbin 摘要 在工业过程控制系统中液位对象是一种十分普遍的对象,对液位对象的监测与控制是系统实现其功能必不可少的环节。液位的高低直接影响着工业过程控制的安全性,如果超出范围,很可能会酿成危险的后果。在过去,液位的监控装置多数是使用单片机实现点对点控制和显示,工作人员必须到工业现场操作这些仪器,且单片机功能十分有限,只能完成一些相对简单的操作。随着无线通信技术的发展,无线通信技术在工业控制领域的应用日趋广泛,基于无线通信的远程监控系统实现远程监测、控制和管理的有效集成,能及时了解现场信息,快速进行决策,并省去了很多人力。 本系统设计了一个基于无线通信的液位远程监控系统,将无线通信技术与液位测量相结合,实现远程监控系统的设计。选用压力传感器对液位进行测量,采用AT89S52单片机作为中央处理单元,对液位信号进行采集、数据处理、显示、报警等工作。 本设计的远程液位监控系统可以检测到被测液体的实时液位,当达到预先设定的上限报警设定值时,发出声音报警和控制信号,以提示操作人员采取安全对策或自动控制相关安全装置。该报警器可以实时、准确检测液体液位,并且可以长时间可靠无误的报警,具有很广泛的应用前景。 报警器;;单片机;传感器 ABSTRACT In industrial process control system level objects is a very common objects, monitoring and control of the level object is a system to achieve an essential part of its function.
