设计总说明 本设计针对燃煤废气的性质,采用布袋除尘,有荷电干式吸收剂喷射法去除二氧化硫。布袋除尘具有除尘效率高、造价低、处理烟气量大、低耗能、运行稳定等特点,荷电干式吸收剂喷射法具有造价低、占地面积小、脱硫效率高、运行费用低等特点,特别适合中小型锅炉的烟气脱硫。是目前比较新的一种脱硫技术。根据要去除的污染物,采取先用布袋除尘器预除尘,再用荷电干式吸收剂喷射法脱除二氧化硫,最后再用布袋除尘器处理未气。 关键词:二氧化硫 燃煤废气 布袋除尘器 荷电干式吸收剂喷射法 abstract This design in view of the fuel coal waste gas nature, uses the clothsack dust removal, has the electrically charged doing -like absorbentspray method to remove the sulphur dioxide. The cloth sack dustremoval has the dust removal efficiency high, the construction costlow, the processing smoke magnanimous, lowly consumes energy, movessteadily grades the characteristic, the electrically charged doing-like absorbent spray method has the construction cost lowly, the areasmall, the desulphurization efficiency high, the operating cost is lowand so on the characteristic, specially suits the middle and smallscale boiler the haze desulphurization. Is the present quite new kindof desulphurization technology. According to pollutant which mustremove, adopts first uses the cloth sack dust remover pre- dustremoval, then uses the electrically charged doing -like absorbentspray method to remove the sulphur dioxide, finally uses cloth sackdust remover processing not to be mad again.
