乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗妊娠中晚期细菌性阴道病的效果探讨 ?????李秀红?（吉林省松原市中心医院 妇科门诊?? 138000）Lactobacillus Vagina Capsule for The Treatment of Middle-late Pregnancy Bacterial Vaginal Disease [Abstract]Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of the lactobacillus vagina capsule for the treatment of pregnancy middle-late bacterial vaginal disease. Methods: Selected 76 cases of patients with pregnancy middle-late bacterial vaginal disease as the research object between January 2011 and December 2013 in our hospital outpatient treatment, its were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 38 cases. The control group patients used metronidazole gel treatment, while the observation group patients used lactobacillus vagina capsule treatment for 2 weeks, after 1 week discontinuation, two groups of patients were reviewed to compare the therapeutic effect. Results: the total effective rate of control group patients was 91.4%, while the observation group of patients was 88.2%, no significant difference comparing the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of lactobacillus vagina capsule treatment for pregnancy middle-late bacterial vaginal disease is exact, lactobacillus vagina capsule, as a kind of probiotics, has no side effects, pregnant women are with good adherence to its, and lactobacillus vagina capsule is worthy of clinical use. [Keywords] Lactobacillus Vagina Capsule; Metronidazole Gel; Middle-late Pregnancy; bacterial Vaginal Disease 细菌性阴道病是以加德纳菌为主的以一种混合感染疾病，多发生在15-45岁的妇女中，是最常见的妇科感染性疾病。细菌性阴道病的发生是因为阴道乳酸杆菌减少，而其他的厌氧菌、加德纳菌等大量繁殖，导致阴道菌群失调，从而出现混合感染。细菌性阴道病会引起妇科宫颈炎、盆腔炎等并发症，在妊娠期时会引起不良围产期结局，导致羊水受到感染，胎膜发生早破，引起早产以及阴道产后或者剖宫产后子宫内膜发生感染。因此，对于细菌性阴道炎要及早发现及早治疗，尤其是妊娠中晚期的患者。临床治疗时常用的药物是甲硝唑，该药物是有效治疗细菌性阴道病的基本药物，但是也存在着致畸作用，在妊娠中应用受到限制。本研究目的在于分析探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗妊娠中晚期细菌性阴道病的临床效果，现将具体研究报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选择2011年1月至2013年12月来我院门诊治疗的妊娠中晚期细菌性阴道病的患者76例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各38例。对照组患者年龄18-36岁，平均年龄26.73.2岁，孕龄18-37周；观察组患者年龄19-37岁，平均年龄25.84.3岁，孕龄17-37周，两组患者在年龄、孕龄等方面差异不显著（P0.05）。 1.2诊断标准
