港口经济与区域经济互动关系研究以曹妃甸港为例.pdf

摘要 中文摘要 改革开放以来，我国国民经济的发展在很大程度上得益于沿海城市、港口城市，特别是 作为港口城市重要特征的港口经济的快速发展。港口运输功能的加强和港口经济的壮大， 有效地带动了腹地的经济发展和对外开放，决定着我国经济发展的地带性格局。港口是服 务于腹地的，港口经济的深层次发展将有益于地区产业结构的优化升级和增长方式的改变。 反之，港口经济在很大程度上也取决于所在区域经济特别是外向型经济的规模大小。遂着 世界经济的发展，港口经济的形成与发展和腹地经济的发展有着密不可分的关系，两者互 为依托，相互促进。 本文首先在叙述港口经济的涵义、港口经济效应以及我国港口经济发展现状的基础上， 以区域经济和区域经济一体化理论为基础，分析了港口经济与区域经济的互动关系。同时， 运用比较借鉴的方法，介绍了国外发展港口经济的主要经验以及对我国的启示。然后通过 SWOT法对曹妃甸的建港条件进行了透彻的分析，指出其发展港口经济的有利条件和不利条 件，预测出了曹妃甸港口经济对区域经济发展的影响。最后，从优化产业和资本结构、拓 展物流功能、强化政府的管理职能、大力发展临港产业等方面，提出了曹妃甸港口经济与 区域经济协调发展的对策。 关键词： 港口经济 区域经济 曹妃甸港 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AfterChina’S and ofChina’Snational to reformingopening，therapiddevelopment economy a extentduetocoastal of as large cities，portcities，especiallyrapiddevelopmentporteconomy an feamreofthe enhancementofthe functionand important portcity．The porttransport of the ofhinterland and improvementporteconomypromoteeffectivelydevelopment economy tothe determinethe ofour openingworld，and economydevelopmentpattem country．Port the ofthe contributestotheindustrial services hinterland，thedeeperdevelopmentporteconomy structureadvancementandthe ofincrement the scaleof change contrary,theregion pattem．On outside-oriented the toa determines extent．As economy,especiallyeconomy porteconomygreat theworld and of the of formation
