摘要

近几年国内很多行业都得到了空前的发展，经济增长越来越快，对机械制造业来说更是如此，自动化程度正在明显提升。尤其伴随着2025年计划的正式提出，给国内机械行业也带来了全新发展良机。目前国内家庭生活剩余饭菜等垃圾量越来越多，这也是需要解决的一个重大问题，特别在吃完饭后很多家庭可能都会剩下饭菜，在扔掉的时候如果使用垃圾袋，时间长了可能出现臭味；网络垃圾没有及时处理还有可能导致环境污染。因此如果可设计出一种自动加工剩余饭菜、直接通过下水道排出去的设备，那么就可以全面降低垃圾袋的使用率，不但能够减少浪费，同时与国家提倡的环境保护相符。因此设计出可以将剩余饭菜等垃圾进行自动处理的设备，直接通过下水道排出去，在此基础上降低垃圾袋使用率相当有必要。

本课题在设计SW家庭厨余垃圾处理器的过程中，首先对目前市场上厨房剩余垃圾处理器整体情况进行分析，结合国内有关需求，设计出可以自动处理厨房剩余垃圾的机器。针对当前垃圾处理器零部件、功能以及结构进行对比分析，然后加以调整并创新。此次主要对整体方案进行设计，然后对设备上的重要零部件选择型号进行计算，其中重要零部件主要包括轴承标准件、连轴器以及电机等，为设备传动机构受力情况进行计算分析并核对。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,manydomesticindustrieshavebeenunprecedenteddevelopment,economicgrowthisfasterandfaster,especiallyforthemachinerymanufacturingindustry,thedegreeofautomationissignificantlyimproved.Especiallywiththe2025planofficiallyputforward,tothedomesticmachineryindustryhasalsobroughtanewdevelopmentopportunity.Atpresent,thereisanincreasingamountofgarbagesuchasleftoversfromdomesticfamilylife.Thisisalsoamajorproblemthatneedstobesolved.Inparticular,manyfamiliesmayleaveleftoversaftereatingameal.Ifgarbagebagsareusedwhenthrowingthemaway,theLongTimeMayappearthestink;thenetworktrashdoesnotdisposeofpromptlyalsomaycausetheenvironmentalpollution.Therefore,ifadevicecanbedesignedtoautomaticallyprocessleftoverfoodanddirectlydischargeitthroughthesewer,thentheutilizationrateofgarbagebagscanbereducedinanall-roundwayandwastecanbereduced,atthesametime,itisinlinewiththeenvironmentalprotectionadvocatedbythestate.Therefore,itisnecessarytodesigntheequipmentwhichcandisposethewastedirectlythroughthesewerandreducetheuserateofgarbagebag.
