铜包铝镁数据缆的开发与研究

自2005年以来,铜价飙升,用户与电缆制造商均“望铜兴叹”,寻求其替代品,世界电线电缆行业三次提出以铝代铜均是在铜价离奇高涨下产生。由于这次铜价比前两次上涨幅度都大,这次以铝代铜的广泛性要大于前两次。所以需求铜的替代品势在必行。
本文主要为电工用圆铜线、铜包铝线和铜包铝镁合金线在机械性能、电气性能等主要性能的对照,突出铜包铝镁合金线相比铜包铝在生产过程中工艺上的优点。并提出采用铜包铝镁合金线作为电缆导体材料时应具体注意的问题。制造数据缆在工艺上应具体注意哪些。由于铝的抗拉强度与断裂伸长率远小于铜,所以在加工过程中会增加很多工艺难度。而铝镁合金线提高了导体的机械强度,外包铜层又最大限度的发挥了的作用。铝镁合金线是未来导体材料的一个不错选择。铜包铝镁合金线是在铝镁芯上同心地包覆铜层,并使铜界面形成金属结合的双金属复合导线,它是铜导线的更新换代产品,二十一世纪的新复合材料。具有合理利用自然资源,降低生产成本,方便工程施工等优点,具有广阔的发展前景。CCAM data and research on the development of cable
