摘 要 电能是工业生产的主要动力能源。随着工业电气自动化技术的发展,工厂用电量的迅速增长,对电能的质量、供电可靠性以及技术经济指标等要求也日益提高。供电设计是否完善,不仅影响工厂的基本建设投资、运行费用和有色金属消耗量,而且也反映到工厂供电可靠性和工厂的安全生产上,它与企业的经济效益,设备和人身安全等是密切相关的。本论文设计的任务是保障电能从地区供电部门的出线处安全、可靠、经济、优质地送到工厂各部门。在设计中要遵循国家有关规程和规定,在保证供电可靠性和电能质量的前提下,尽可能做到节省投资,减少有色金属消耗量,降低运行费用,尽量采用供电新技术和新产品。 关键词: 供电设计,电能质量,可靠,经济 Subject: a metallurgical machinery plants the total step-down transformer substation and power distribution system design Specicalty:Electric Engineering and Automation Name:huxiaoxiong (Signature) Instructor:mali (Signature) ABSTRACT The electricity is the main industrial production powerenergy.Along with the development of the technology industrylectrical automation, factory power consumption of rapid growth,to the electric power quality, power supply reliability and technical and economic index also demands is increasing day by day. Power design is perfect, not only affects the factory investment of capital construction and operation cost and non-ferrous metal consumption, but also reflect to the factory power supply reliability and safety production factory, it and the economic benefit of enterprise, equipment and safety, etc are closely related. This paper design task is to safeguard power from the power supply departments in their place is safe, reliable, economic, high quality to the factory each department. In the design principle of relevant state regulations and provisions, in order to ensure power supply reliability and power quality, under the premise of do save as far as possible investment, reduce non-ferrous metal consumption, lower operating costs, as far as possible the power supply new technology and new products.
