编 号： 审定成绩： 重庆邮电大学 毕业设计（论文） 设计（论文）题目： 基于PHP和MySQL的基因数据库综合管理系统的设计与开发 学 院 名 称 ： 生物信息学院 学 生 姓 名 ： 王 将 专 业 ： 生物信息学 班 级 ： 0650601 学 号 ：指 导 教 师 ： 白明泽（讲师） 答辩组 负责人 ： 蔡应繁 填表时间： 二零一零 年 五 月 重庆邮电大学教务处制 摘 要 生物信息学是当今最重要、最前沿的科学发展领域之一，已被广泛用于基因序列数据的获取、处理、分析和管理等许多方面，对于分子生物学和生物医学研究的深入发展发挥了巨大作用。随着生物数据库的更新速度不断加快，数据量呈指数增长趋势，数据库使用频率增长更快，如何有效存储和管理生物序列数据是生物信息学需要解决的重要问题之一。基因数据库综合管理系统在生物信息领域是非常重要的资源管理手段。 基于以上背景，开发一个简单易用的基因数据库综合管理系统显得很有必要。我们选择B／S结构，即Browser／Server(浏览器，服务器)结构，设计开发了基于PHP和MySQL的基因数据库综合管理系统，该系统可实现对基因信息的读取，查询，注释等操作。基于数据库系统设计的目的在于解决研究中产生的大量有待分析的基因组序列的有效存储和管理问题，所以本系统的所具有的功能是可以进行DNA,RNA，蛋白质序列信息的的录入，查询，查看相关注释；并且具有序列格式转换功能，转化为标准的FASTA格式等。 本次毕业设计以Dreamweaver为工具构建系统的前台工作网站，以MySQL作为后台数据库，以Apache为 服务器，用PHP语言构建了基因信息的数据库系统。本系统实现了高效、简单、快速的PHP操作平台管理基因数据库的功能，后台MySQL数据库灵活易于维护，更加稳定、安全。 【关键词】基因数据库管理系统 PHP MySQL Apache  ABSTRACT Biological informatics is one of the most important and advanced scientific frontiers now. It has been widely applied in many aspects such as the analysis, management of the gene sequence data and proved it’s key role in the research of molecular biology and medicine.As the pace of updating biological database, is growing speedily, the amount of gene data is exponentially growing, the frequency of database using is increasing faster, how to effectively storage data and manage biological sequences data is one of the important problems need to solve for bioinformatics. Genetic database comprehensive management system is very important resource management in biological information field.
