中华人民共和国教育部 东北林业大学 毕 业 论 文 论文题目: 我国房地产遇到的问题及应对策略 学 生: 李 一 指导教师: 李淑红 副教授 学 院: 工程技术学院 专 业: 工程管理(国际工程管理)0000级0班 0000年00月 我国房地产遇到的问题及应对策略 摘要 本论文以我国房地产市场为切入点,首先通过对我国房地产市场发展的历史、现状的动态分析,了解我国房地产市场的特点,并在此基础上再结合国内外房地产业的发展历史进行横纵向比较分析概括总结出对我国房地产的总体评价以及优势和劣势,然后进一步深度分析并总结出我国房地产遇到主要问题即“泡沫问题”和“高房价”等问题,分析问题的影响因素,同时结合一顶的经济学理论知识透过现象抓住问题的本质,找到问题产生的根本原因,并针对每个问题提出可行的应对策略,最后总结出能切实解决我国房地产市场所遇到问题的基本方案。 关键词:房地产;房地产泡沫;高房价;应对策略 Chinas real estate problems and coping strategies Abstract The present paper take our countrys real estate market as a breakthrough point, first through to dynamic analysis for the developments history and present situation of our countrys real estate market , understand that the characteristic of our countrys real estate market , and based on the recombination domestic and foreign real estates industry historical development carries on the horizontal longitudinal comparative summary to summarize to our country real estate overall appraisal as well as the superiority and the inferiority, then further depth analyzes and summarizes our country real estate to meet the subject matter namely “the froth question” and “the high house price” and so on questions, the analysis question influencing factor, simultaneously unifies a economic theory knowledge to hold the question by the phenomenon the essence, finds basic reason which the question produces, and aims at each question to propose feasible.The dealing with strategy, summarizes finally can solve our country real estate market to meet the question earnestly the basic scheme.
