花式喷泉的PLC自动控制
摘要:本次喷泉的设计综合了设计任务的所有的基本要求,以多样式喷水池为研究对象,根据我们所需要选择喷水池的花式来设计采用PLC作为喷水池的控制器,对多样式喷水池的控制系统的总体功能进行了详细的分析,叙述了可编程控制器的组成及工作的原理。并且提出了对喷水池的硬件的每一个组成模块及硬件模块整体的设计方案,然后根据所给出的控制系统的软硬件设计,编写了系统程序总体的设计的流程图和一个清晰、具体的梯形图,设计中用到了可编程控制器的状态转移图、PLC的仿真软件等一些常见PLC的知识。最后结合与PLC仿真软件的配合运用仿真,其结果体现了多样式喷水的设计效果,表明设计达到喷水池控制花式喷水的要求,同时验证自己的设计。

Abstract: The fountain design combines the design task of all the basic requirements to style fountain for the study, based on what we need to choose the fountain of fancy design using PLC as the fountain controllers, style fountain Control System The overall function carried out a detailed analysis of the principles of programmable controllers described the composition and work. And presented to the fountain each hardware component modules and hardware modules overall design scheme, then given based on hardware and software design of the control system, the preparation of a flow chart of the overall design of the system program and a clear, concrete trapezoidal map, used in the design of the knowledge of the programmable controller state transition diagram, PLC simulation software and some other common PLC. Finally, the PLC simulation software with the use of simulation, the result reflects the fountain design effects, show that the design to achieve control of fancy fountain water requirements, and to verify their design.
