摘要
自电动机问世以后,人们对于如何对电动机进行良好的维护、维修,如何让电动机更稳定的运行在正常状态进行着潜心研究,但在实际的生产生活中,电动机烧毁或者无法启动及运行于非正常状态的情况仍然经常出现,根据实际情况采取合理的维护、维修方案,选取成熟可靠的保护产品是确保电动机安全、正常运行必不可少的环节。
本文论述了三相异步电动机的基本原理、结构,针对在现实生产生活中三相异步电动机经常出现的故障以及应采取的措施做简要介绍。同时,对三相异步电机保护做简要论述。

Abstract
From the electromotor was published in the world , people start to try they best to find the ways to make the electromotor works in a good station . Actually,the things that the electromotor was burned-out or the electromotor works in a abnormal function was often appearance . According to the practical situation to take reasonable scheme of maintenance and select the reliable production to protect the electromotor is impotent .
This article expounds the structure and the basic principle of the three phase asynchronous motor and introduced the method to solve the common faults of the electromotor . And , this article introduces the daily protection of the three phase asynchronous motor .
