H公司STB8生产线优化设计 摘 要 以H公司STB8生产线作为研究对象，致力于提高产品质量以及作业效率，运用基础工业工程的技术对H公司STB8生产线进行研究分析，主要分为动作浪费研究分析、人机配合研究分析、学习能力研究分析以及工位分配研究分析。通过研究分析，对STB8生产系统整体分析，识别系统中的不合理配置。借用流程分析、工作研究、现场管理等现场IE的生产技术，运用工位布局、工艺程序图，以及分析、流程程序图、人机分析和动作分析等技术工具对STB8进行分析。 通过方法研究，分析STB8生产线的工序流程，识别工序流程当中的不合理停滞；同时借用Flexsim模拟仿真软件对STB8生产线进行模拟仿真，将生产线的问题以在制品堆积情况作为生产线不合理的结果体现。通过STB8的现场情况进行优化设计，从而指定生产线中的改善方案。将从五个方面着手优化设计，分别是减少动作浪费、人机配合优化设计、SOP优化设计、作业工位优化设计与数据处理方式优化。 通过计算所设计方案的优化结果，将改善前后的生产状况进行对比分析，然后进行综合性的效益评价，最后对所提出的方案完成相关的修正，得出最佳的优化设计方案。同时，运用Flexsim模拟仿真软件再次对STB8生产线进行模拟仿真，分析优化设计后的成效。以达到优化生产流程、提升生产效率为最终目的，最后STB8生产线的生产平衡率达到76.59%。 本设计的主要内容有：(1)根据生产工艺以及标准工时表绘制产品的工艺流程图和平面布置图；（2）将生产线转换为模型参数，运行Flexsim仿真软件进行处理；(3)对生产线的现状进行研究和分析，分析总结出生产线现有的主要问题；(4)基于现有问题，采用工业工程技术对STB8生产线进行优化设计；(5)对改善后的生产线再次进行建模与仿真，完成成果的校验；（6）定性与定量分析优化设计后的成效。 关键词：生产线平衡；方法；电子SOP；效率；成本 Optimization Design of STB8 Production Line of H Company Abstract This design takes the H companys STB8 production line as the research object, is committed to improving product quality and operating efficiency, and uses basic industrial engineering technology to conduct research and analysis on the H companys STB8 production line.
