Zhejiang Yunfhng Mogansha Household Products Co., LTD., Huzhou 313200, Zhejiang, China) Abstract: To solve manual sorting problems, a key technical framework including informatio collectio technology, intelligent machinery, MES and WMS etc. was developed for customized panel furniture manufacturing, based o smart sorting concept and theory. The functions of bar code recognitio technology, radio frequency identificatio technology, three-dimensional library shelves, sorting robots, conveyor equipment were introduced i detail. The applicatio of the smart sorting system is recommended for improving productio efficiency as well as lowering cost and error rates i customized panel furniture manufacturing.
