摘要

在人类历史上，国家是一个最为错综复杂的社会存在物，它在我们政治、经济

文化和社会生活中扮演着至关重要的角色。古今中外的政治思想家都绕不开对国家

问题的研究，国家问题也是马克思和恩格斯关注的焦点问题。马克思主义国家观是

马克思恩格斯关于国家存在、发展和消亡一般规律的科学理论。《德意志意识形态》

中的国家观起了承前启后的作用，它既是马克思恩格斯对之前错误国家观的清算，

又开启了马克思恩格斯对于国家问题正确认识的大门。在系统阐述唯物史观的重要

著作《德意志意识形态》中，马克思恩格斯第一次站在历史唯物主义的高度，从“

现实的人”出发对国家的产生、本质、形式及其发展规律等重要问题作出了科学解

释。因而以马克思和恩格斯合著的《德意志意识形态》为研究范本，从马克思主义

国家观的基本价值立场出发，综合运用文献研究、历史分析法等全面梳理和系统研

究《德意志意识形态》中的国家观的生成逻辑、主要内容、鲜明特征、历史地位和

当代价值，对于构建中国特色社会主义国家理论、推动中国特色社会主义国家治理

现代化进程，建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国具有重要意义。

Abstract

Inthehistoryofmankind,thestateisoneofthemostintricatesocialbeings,which

playsavitalroleinourpolitical,economic,culturalandsociallife.Politicalthinkersatall

timesandathomeandabroadcannotavoidthestudyofthestateproblem,whichisalso

thefocusofMarxandEngels.TheMarxistviewofthestateisascientifictheoryofMarx

andEngelsaboutthegenerallawofstateexistence,developmentandextinction.Theview

ofthestateintheGermanIdeologyplaysaroleoflinkingthepastandthefuture.Itisnot

onlytheliquidationofMarxandEngelspreviouswrongviewofthestate,butalsothe

openingofMarxandEngelscorrectunderstandingofthestateproblem.IntheGerman

Ideology,animportantworkthatsystematicallyexpoundshistoricalmaterialism,Marxand

Engelsforthefirsttimestoodontheheightofhistoricalmaterialismandmadeascientific

explanationoftheimportantissuessuchastheemergence,essence,formanddevelopment

lawofthestatefromtheperspectiveofrealman.Therefore,takingtheGermanIdeology

co-authoredbyMarxandEngelsastheresearchmodel,startingfromthebasicvalue

standpointoftheMarxistviewofthestate,comprehensivelycombingandsystematicall
