第 3 1卷 第 4 期 南 京 理 工 大 学 学 报 Vo l. 3 1 No. 4 2007年 8月 Journa l of Nanj ing Un iversity of Sc ience and Technology Aug. 2007 超声对 SAPO - 34分子筛合成的影响 1, 2 1 1 孔黎明 ,刘晓勤 ,刘定华 ( 1. 南京工业大学 化学化工学院 ,江苏 南京 2 10009; 2. 扬州大学 化学化工学院 ,江苏 扬州 225009) 摘 　要 :为提高 SA PO 34 分子筛的催化性能 ,对 SA PO 34 分子筛晶化原液进行超声辐照处理 , 研究了超声辐照对 SA PO 34 分子筛合成的影响 。采用 XRD 、SEM 、FTIR 和 D TG等表征手段对 分子筛样品进行了表征 。超声作用后晶体的晶化速率和结晶度有所提高 ,合成的 SA PO 34 分 子筛样品更纯净 ,分子筛的晶粒大小分布更均匀 ,平均粒径明显降低 。而且超声处理后分子筛 的热稳定性更好 。甲醇制烯烃催化反应结果表明 ,超声处理后合成的 SA PO 34 分子筛对烯烃 的选择性有所提高 。 关键词 :超声 ;分子筛 ; SA PO 34;合成 中图分类号 : O 643. 3　　文章编号 : 1005 - 9830 (2007) 04 - 0528 - 05 Effects of Ultra sound on SAPO 34 M olecular Sieve Syn thesis 1, 2 1 1 KON G L im ing , L IU X iaoqin , L IU D inghua ( 1.
