By changing the parameters, such as t he concentration of solute, ultrasonic power , electric current , . densit y et al t he preparation techniques of ultrafine copper and nickel pow der w as studied By the means of T EM , SAXS and XRD , t he size and structure w as analyzed. E periment al results indicated that Cu and Ni 100 , pow der less than nm can be prepared under appropriate conditions and that pow der size increases when current density increases.
