沈阳航空航天大学北方科技学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE 2 温度单片机控制系统的设计 系 别 信息工程系 专 业 自动化 班 级 B 学 号 B 姓 名 徐松林 指导教师 郑济仲 负责教师 沈阳航空航天大学北方科技学院 2015年5月 摘 要 工业生产中温度控制具有单向性、时滞性、大惯性和时变性的特征，要实现温度控制的快速性和准确性，对于提高产品质量具有很重要的现实意义。 本课题针对温度控制的特点及实现准确温度控制的意义，设计了一种基于单片机的控制系统。设计内容包括硬件和软件两个部分。硬件电路以STC89C52单片机为微处理器，详细设计了温度信号采样电路，键盘及显示电路，温度控制电路，加温控制电路，降温控制电路、时钟信号电路以及系统电源供电设计等模块。本设计由键盘电路输入设定温度范围信号给单片机，温度信号采集电路采集现场温度信号给单片机，单片机根据输入的温度范围与反馈信号的偏差进行比较，输出控制信号给加温控制电路和降温控制电路。液晶1602实现现场温度的实时监控。 关键词：单片机STC89C52、温度控制 Abstract The temperature isetrol has unidirectional in the industrial production, Zhi and big inertia and the character of denaturation, carry out the rapid and accuracy of temperature isetrol, for exaltation the product mass has very important realistic meaning.
