设计总说明
纺织印染行业是我国用水量较大、排放废水量较多的工业部门之一。排放的废水中所用的浆料、油剂、染料和化学助凝剂等,具有成分复杂、有机物浓度中等、可生化性较差、水质变化大、生化需氧量高、色度高、pH值高的特点。这样的废水如果不经处理或经处理后未达到规定排放标准就直接排放,不仅直接危害人们的身体健康,而且严重破坏水体、土壤及其生态系统。本人设计的是3000m3/d的印染废水处理工艺。采用生化法+化学法,其工艺是水解酸化+接触氧化+混凝沉淀。此方法可有效的处理废水中的BOD,COD,pH

Introduction of design
The textile industry is one of the industrial sectors which consume more water and discharge more wastewater. The sizing agent, oil, dye and chemical coagulant aid discharged from the dye wastewater are characteristized by the complicated components, medium concentration of organic matter, variable water quality, high chroma, high COD and high pH value.
In such circumstances, if the wastewater is discharged directly without treatment or with no achieving the required emission standards, it will badly harm our health directly, destroy the water, the soil and its ecosystem. My design is to treat with the dyeing wastewater of 3000 m3/d. The design adopts the biochemistry-chemistry method, containing acid hydrolysis, contact oxidation, coagulation and precipitation. In this way the BOD, COD, pH and chroma can be treated effectively. Especially, the contact oxidation pond hardly produces any sludge, so it can avoid the expansion of sludge of traditional oxidation ditch
