商 丘 工学院 2016-JXLW 080202-204 本科毕业设计 家用分体立式空调结构优化设计 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 提交日期 2016年05月15日 诚 信 承 诺 书 本人郑重承诺和声明:我承诺在毕业撰写过程中遵守学校有关规定,恪守学术规范,此毕业设计中均系本人在指导教师指导下独立完成,没有剽窃、抄袭他人的学术观点、思想和成果,没有篡改研究数据,凡涉及其他作者的观点和材料,均作了注释,如有违规行为发生,我愿承担一切责任,接受学校的处理,并承担相应的法律责任。 在当前世界范围内节能降耗的大趋势下,立式空调器以其节能、舒适性好等特点引起了世界各国的重视,也符合了消费者在生活水平提高后对生活空间舒适性的要求。空调器是通过蒸发器和节流装置对制冷系统进行能量调节的。它通过制冷剂流量变化来调整系统制冷量从而达到节能的目的。 本文设计的是立式空调结构优化设计,它适用于较大的空间,适合家庭居室的使用。本文首先阐述空调的原理及优点,介绍空调的性能特性。然后通过方案确定空调内部结构的优化设计,为空调结构的优化打下基础。随后通过热力计算进行蒸发器的设计;并在此基础上,设计出相匹配的蒸发器。节流机构直接选用市场成品,不再另行设计。最后,对装置的整体布局进行优化,使装置整体结构布局合理、紧凑。 关键词:结构;空调器;分体式;蒸发器 ABSTRACT Energy crisis becomes an urgent problem for every country all over the world and energy saving request is getting more and more attention of every government. The air-conditioner with control meets the demands of people in terms of living in a comfortable space, and it also has great advantage of energy saving and lower electricity consumption. Air-conditioner achieves energy saving purpose by the use of compressor and orifice set which carry out energy adjustment on refrigerant system. This thesis designs a 0ptimization design of standing type air conditioner. It is suitable for a room which it is big space Firstly, the thesis explains the principle and the advantages of Air-conditioner, so that we can understand the properties of the Air-conditioner. After that, through the scheme introduction, difference forms of each part of refrigerant system are chosen which is prepare for the design of the project. Then, an appropriate compressor is designed through the thermodynamic calculation. On this basis, evaporator are calculated and designed which adapts to the compressor. The throttle mechanism is chosen from market products directly. At last, the overall system is designed to be reasonable and compact.
