测量条件的优化

摘要:考虑溴水浓度及加量,pH,反应时间等因素后,选定了淀粉.碘化镉法的最佳测量条件及检测范围.结果表
明,加待测液2mL,纯水25mL,pH=5.0缓冲液5mL,饱和溴水1mL,摇匀静置15rain;加甲酸钠5mL,摇匀静置
5min;~淀粉一碘化镉5mL,摇匀静置20min,590am处测吸光度;0~140ms/L为最佳检测范围,重复性好,线性相
关系数达99.00%以上.运用该法测定复合驱中不同类型聚丙烯酰胺类水溶性聚合物的浓度,范围宽,准确性高,
受不同矿化度及表面活性剂的干扰小,可用于静态吸附,动态滞留,色谱分离等研究.
