摘要
尽管变压器是一个静止的电气设备,但随着高电压、大容量变压器的出现,变压器理论则成为一门复杂的学科,所涉及知识面广,难度也很大,因此对变压器理论与制造的学习成为高电压学生的一个重点和难点。
本文简单的介绍了我国电力变压器的发展史、我国变压器行业的技术水平及国际地位,以及变压器行业未来发展所面临的机遇和挑战。并且针对SFSZ11—240000/220 三相三绕组有载调压电力变压器进行了的电磁设计和计算,其中包括:变压器铁心选取、质量和损耗的计算,变压器绕组电压和电流的计算、绕组导线规格和绕组排列方式的选择、绕组的轴向和辐向高度的计算、绕组质量及损耗的计算,短路阻抗的计算,负载损耗的计算和变压器温升的计算,而且还从力的角度计算了变压器的短路电动力,从而分析了变压器的结构以及计算了变压器的重量,从而得到了变压器的一系列参数。再根据国标要求和允差值允许的误差范围进行反复的修改,最后得到了符合设计要求的SFSZ11—240000/220有载调压电力变压器的电磁设计方案。

Abstract
Although the transformer is stationary electrical equipment, but with the emergence of high voltage, large capacity transformers, the transformer theory has become a complex subject, involving extensive knowledge, is also very difficult, so the transformer theory and production of learning has become important and difficult to high voltage students.
This article simply introduces the history of the development of our country’s power transformer, our country’s transformer industry technical standards and international standing, as well as the future development of the transformer industry faces opportunities and challenges. And for SFSZ11—240000/220 three-winding load tap power transformer an electromagnetic design and calculate,including: transformer core selection, quality and loss calculations, the transformer winding voltage and current calculations,inding wire size selection and the winding arrangement,the windings of the axial and radial height calculation,the winding quality and loss calculations, short-circuit impedance calculations, load loss calculation and the calculation of the transformer temperature, but also from the perspective of the force calculated electric power circuit of the transformer and thus the structure of the transformer and calculating the weight of the transformer, the transformer to obtain a set of parameters.
