公众参与理念下老旧社区公共空间微更新设计研究

摘要

老旧社区公共空间的微更新改造和设计提升是城市更新和社区发展的必要环

节，对于提升城市形象、改善居住环境、提升社区功能、促进社区融合、保护历

史文化、促进经济发展都具有重要意义。本文以“社区营造”、“参与式设计”

和“景观微更新”理论为基础，在剖析日本“造町运动”与社区营造、新加坡韧

性社区建设、上海“15分钟生活圈”和成都爱有戏低效社区改造案例的基础上，

首先阐述了老旧社区以公众参与为内核的“征求意见—居民自治—主体协同—落

地实施”的社区营造基本步骤。其次，从整合社区公共资源、改造社区公共空间、

加强环境管理方面，探讨了城市老旧社区公共空间氛围营造、共建共享、后期维

护的有效策略。进而，将其应用到厦门集美中心花园公共空间微更新设计实践中，

并通过深入浅出地剖析公众参与社区营造的流程，提出行之有效的微更新改造方

法。最后，对未来老旧社区公共空间的参与主体、改造模式和发展趋势提出设想，

以期为当前我国老旧社区公共空间的可持续发展提供可资借鉴的参考。研究结果

表明，公众参与社区改造不仅使社区公共空间得以持续更新和完善，同时也极大

地提升了社区居民的凝聚力和创造力，是促进社区可持续发展的切实途径。

Abstract

Themicro-renovationanddesignenhancementofpublicspacesinoldcommunitiesare

essentialelementsofurbanrenewalandcommunitydevelopment,playingasignificantrolein

improvingurbanimage,livingconditions,communityfunctions,fosteringcommunityintegration,

preservinghistoricalculture,andpromotingeconomicgrowth.Thisarticle,groundedontheories

ofcommunitybuilding,participatorydesign,andmicro-updatingoflandscapes,first

expoundsonthebasicstepsofcommunitybuildinginoldcommunitiescenteredaroundpublic

participation,whichincludessolicitingopinions,residentself-governance,collaborative

engagement,andimplementation.Secondly,itexploreseffectivestrategiesforcraftinga

communalatmosphereinpublicspaces,jointconstructionandsharing,andpost-renovation

maintenancebyintegratingcommunityresources,transformingpublicspaces,andenhancing
