教育随笔:好孩子太累 早上，晨一一脸不情愿地来到班里。怎么了，晨一?我问。这孩子也不知道怎么了，这几天早上来幼儿园总是别别扭扭的，问他是不是不喜欢来幼儿园了，他说喜欢来幼儿园，还天天跟我说，他坐得最好，老师总是表扬他，可是到了幼儿园就这个样子，真让人上火。晨一妈妈边说边把孩子推给了我。 我细细品味着晨一妈妈的话，尤其是最后一句引起了我的注意天天回家说他坐得最好，老师总表扬他。再想想晨一最近几天的表现，我猛然明白了，会不会是好孩子这顶帽子，压得孩子太累了。后来与晨一的谈话也证实了我的想法。 晨一是今年刚转来的新生，刚开始上课时有些坐不住，其他小朋友在听讲，他会常溜达来溜达去，为了让他尽快适应常规，每次看到晨一坐好，我总是说：看人家晨一坐得多好!几次表扬过后，晨一真变了，每次洗完手或上完厕所后总是第一个回到座位上端端正正地坐好，而且眼睛还时不时看着我，似乎等着我的表扬，得到表扬后，脸上便会露出掩饰不住的得意。最近几天，我又发现：自由活动时，晨一也很少下位去玩，当我看到他时，他便会挺直身子坐端正，当时我并没有想很多，现在想来，是我的引导和孩子的理解出了偏差。老师常用看谁坐得最好，看谁表现棒来鼓励引导孩子，而孩子则以为坐得好，说得好就是好孩子为标准来约束自己。孩子天性活泼好动，过多的约束，超出了孩子的承受，会让孩子感到很累。我们要把本该属于孩子的自由与快乐还给孩子。找到了症结所在，于是我告诉晨一上课时依然要坐好，但自由活动时要主动去找其他小朋友玩，因为自由活动时间怎么玩都可以。长此以往，开心的笑容天天挂在了他的脸上，晨一也不再闹情绪了，快活了起来。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
