教育随笔:好孩子太累
早上,晨一一脸不情愿地来到班里。怎么了,晨一?我问。这孩子也不知道怎么了,这几天早上来幼儿园总是别别扭扭的,问他是不是不喜欢来幼儿园了,他说喜欢来幼儿园,还天天跟我说,他坐得最好,老师总是表扬他,可是到了幼儿园就这个样子,真让人上火。晨一妈妈边说边把孩子推给了我。 我细细品味着晨一妈妈的话,尤其是最后一句引起了我的注意天天回家说他坐得最好,老师总表扬他。再想想晨一最近几天的表现,我猛然明白了,会不会是好孩子这顶帽子,压得孩子太累了。后来与晨一的谈话也证实了我的想法。 晨一是今年刚转来的新生,刚开始上课时有些坐不住,其他小朋友在听讲,他会常溜达来溜达去,为了让他尽快适应常规,每次看到晨一坐好,我总是说:看人家晨一坐得多好!几次表扬过后,晨一真变了,每次洗完手或上完厕所后总是第一个回到座位上端端正正地坐好,而且眼睛还时不时看着我,似乎等着我的表扬,得到表扬后,脸上便会露出掩饰不住的得意。最近几天,我又发现:自由活动时,晨一也很少下位去玩,当我看到他时,他便会挺直身子坐端正,当时我并没有想很多,现在想来,是我的引导和孩子的理解出了偏差。老师常用看谁坐得最好,看谁表现棒来鼓励引导孩子,而孩子则以为坐得好,说得好就是好孩子为标准来约束自己。孩子天性活泼好动,过多的约束,超出了孩子的承受,会让孩子感到很累。我们要把本该属于孩子的自由与快乐还给孩子。找到了症结所在,于是我告诉晨一上课时依然要坐好,但自由活动时要主动去找其他小朋友玩,因为自由活动时间怎么玩都可以。长此以往,开心的笑容天天挂在了他的脸上,晨一也不再闹情绪了,快活了起来。
