Abstract: Five5.5一year-oldhybridfamiliesseedlingortetsinlarchnurseryofMaojingbaforestfarm,HebeiProvince,were
usedasregeneratingmaterialsinthisexperiment,theeffectofIBA concentrationandsoakingtimeonrootingofsemi—hardwood
cuttingsofhybrid larchand theresponseofdifferenthybrid familiesto auxin treatmentwere systematically studied,and the
geneticparametersofrootingunderdifferentauxintreatmentswereestimated.TheresultsshowedthatsuitableIBA treatmenthad
anobviouseffecton acceleratingrootingandrootdevelopmentofhybrid larch cuttings.Rootingpercentage increasedwith
enhancingIBA concentrationorextendingsoakingtime,butdecreasedwhenreachingacertainconcentrationandsoakingtime.
TherootnumberincreasedwithenhancingIBA concentrationorextendingsoakingtime,however,one—sidedrootingpercentage
hadreversetrend.Rootingpercentageandrootdevelopmentof kaempferi73—2×Hybrid93—16werebetterthanotherhybrid
families.thepercentageofrootedcuttingwasupto94% andmeanrootnumberpercuttingwas5.3by200mgL‘ IBA soaked
with20min.ThefollowinghybridfamilywasL.kaempferi12×L.gmelinii9,whosepercentageofrootedcuttingwasupto
87% andmeanrootnumberpercuttingwas4.8by4
