The IeveI of grasping the competition ruIe of judges can embody their seIf-guaIity . The existing training stiII adopted the tra- ditionaI modeI . However it was impossibIe to grasp and understand the new ruIes through the short-time training ， which needs the continuous expIoration and accumuIation of the practicaI judge experiences .
