混凝土泵车臂架的结构设计毕业设计论文.doc

混凝土泵车是集输送成品混凝土和浇筑工序于一体的建筑机械，在将预拌好的凝 土输送到作业地点的过程中，可连续均匀快速地输送，使混凝土不易离析，质量得到保证，是现代建筑不可缺少的工程机械。经过20余年的发展，我国的混凝土泵车已经从完全依赖国外进口逐步实现了设计制造的国产化，但是，臂架系统很多国内的企业仍然依赖国外进口，然而在泵车的设计制造过程中，臂架系统却是泵车的最重要组成部分，，因此对混凝土泵车臂架进行研究具有非常重要的意义。 本论文在参考资料的基础下在混凝土泵车臂架系统的研究设计上，根据参数，选定37米为臂架总长度，进一步选定臂架的节数，以及各节臂的长度，截面形式，铰接形式，机构形式，通过计算确定各个臂架铰接处的连杆，角杆长度，以及油缸行程，同时，进一步设计各零部件的尺寸和参数，并对其重要部分进行校核。 同时，本文在根据设计出的参数，使用solidworks建模，绘制了三位的零件图和三位装配图，进一步更直观的了泵车臂架的结构。 关键词：混凝土泵车 臂架 仿真 SOLIDWORKS Abstract Truck mounted concrete pump is a construction machinery that can transport and cast concrete.It can guarantee the quantity of the concrete in the process of transport from the mixing plant to the construction spot,is an indispensable engineering machine in modern construction.Through the development of more than 20 years,our country抯 truck mounted concrete pump has gradually carry out to design and manufacture by ourselves from the complete dependence abroad.But in the pump design and manufacturing process of many，the boom system are still dependent on foreign imports.so with the truck boom system is the most important part,the study of concrete pump truck boom has very important significance. According to parameters ,this paper elected for the boom of the total length of 37 meters basis on the reference concrete pump boom system in the study design, , and the number of the selected boom section, and sections of arm length, section form, articulated forms, institutional forms, determined by calculating each arm hinge Department link, angle bar length, and cylinder stroke at the same time, and the design of various components of the size and paramenters,and check them. Meanwhile, the paper design parameters in accordance with the use of solidworks modeling, rendering a three part plan and three assembly drawings, and further more intuitive structure of the truck boom.
