关于企业社会责任的若干思考 毕业论文原创性声明 本人郑重声明：所呈交毕业论文，是本人在指导教师的指导下，独立进行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已经注明引用的内容外，本论文不包含任何其他人或集体已经发表或撰写过的作品成果。对本文的研究做出重要贡献的个人和集体，均已在文中以明确方式标明。本人完全意识到本声明的法律结果由本人承担。 论文作者签名： 2014 年 2 月 18 日  摘 要 传统的企业观一直以股东利益最大化作为其基本原则，认为企业的惟一生存目标就是实现自身利润最大化，进而实现股东利润最大化。但随着随着经济不断发展、社会不断进步，企业在社会发展中所扮演的角色也日趋重要，它在追求经济利益的同时也引发了很多社会问题，如“三鹿奶粉”事件、“富士康员工跳楼”事件等等，使人们不得不将目光关注到企业的社会责任上。企业在追求利益最大化的同时，是不是应该保障相关利益者的权益，是不是应该提升社会公益事业，是不是应该确保环境的不破坏，本文即从企业社会责任的定义，内容、必要性以及我国企业履行社会责任的现状等几个方面对企业的社会责任进行一些思考。 【关键词】企业 社会责任 必要性 措施  Abstract The traditional concept of enterprise has been to maximize shareholder interests as its basic principles, think to the survival of enterprises goal is to maximize its own profit, thus maximizing shareholder profits. But as with the economic development, social progress, the role of the enterprise in the development of society is important, it in the pursuit of economic interests, and also caused a lot of social problems, such as \sanlu milk powder\ incident, \foxconn employees jump off a building events, etc., make people have to put attention to the corporate social responsibility. Enterprises at the same time of pursuing benefit maximization, should guarantee the rights and interests of stakeholders, should improve the social public welfare undertakings, should ensure that the environment not to undermine, in this paper, that is, from the definition of corporate social responsibility, the content, necessity, and the status quo of Chinas enterprises to fulfill social responsibility in corporate social responsibility in the aspects of some thinking.
