企业管理 　创意产业集群网络结构演进机制研究 创意产业集群网络结构演进机制研究 1 2 张梅青 ,盈 　利 ( 1. 北京交通大学 基础产业研究中心 , 北京 100044; 2. 北京交通大学 经济管理学院 , 北京 100044) 摘 　要 :创意产业在其发展过程中表现出明显的集群化趋势 ,而创意产业集群又具有很强的网络结构特性 。本 文将通过对创意产业集群网络结构的组成要素研究 ,进一步分析了其网络结构演进的动因 ,演进的阶段及特征 。 研究结果表明 ,创意产业集群网络结构演进的动因既包括知识溢出、学习机制 、企业家精神和网络文化等内部动 因 ,也包括政府行为和市场需求等外部动因。创意产业集群网络机构的演进分为初始阶段 、发展阶段和成熟阶 段 ,并呈现出初始期线性主导 、发展期平行性主导 、成熟期网络性主导的特性 。 关键词 :创意产业集群 ; 网络结构 ;演进机制 中图分类号 : F062. 5　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 2009 ( S) 043 The Re search on Evolutiona l M echan ism of Network Structure of Crea tive In du stry C lu ster 1 2 ZHAN G M ei - q ing , Y IN G L i ( 1.
