农业现代化研究 卷 第31 第31 卷第6 期 农业现代化研究 Vol．31 No．6 2010 年11 月 RESEARCH OF AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION Nov． 2010 我国农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系的构建和测算 辛 岭，蒋和平 （中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所，北京，100081） 摘要：本文通过设置农业现代化发展水平的综合评价指标体系，利用专家评价法和层次分析法，建立农业现代化综合水平评价 模型组测算模型，对改革开放以来（从1 980－2008 年）我国农业现代化发展水平进行定量测算得出，全国农业现代化的发展水 平整体上处于上升趋势，东中西部地区农业现代化发展水平差距明显，东部地区高于中部地区，而中部地区高于西部地区。提出 了加快我国农业现代化的对策：增加对农业的投入，东部地区加快向技术集约型和资金集约型转变，率先实现农业现代化，中部 地区在确保国家农产品供应安全的基础上，走技术、劳动密集型的农业现代化之路，西部地区应走节水农业、生态农业和特色农 业的劳动、技术密集型的农业现代化之路。 关键词：农业现代化；评价指标体系；农业现代化水平测算 中图分类号：F320.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000-0275(2010)06-0646-05 Setting up Evaluation Index System and Calculation Development Level of China Agricultural Modernization XIN Ling ，JIANG He-ping (Institute of Agricultural Economics and Development, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences，Beijing 100081, China) Abstract ：We set up the evaluation index system of the agricultural modernization development level, use the methods of expert evaluating and layer analyzing, establish model and calculate the development level from 1980 －2008, we know the national agricultural modernization of the development level is trending up, but the level in the east region is higher than the central region, the central region is higher than western region.
