[摘要]公立医院多院区的建设发展在有效提升突发事件医疗救治能力，优化医疗资源配置，推动优质医疗资

源扩容下沉等方面发挥了重要作用。本研究通过对多院区医院管理中存在的难点与问题进行梳理和分析，

以期为优化公立医院多院区管理，促进公立医院高质量发展提供参考借鉴。
