摘 要
由于输送机械具有很强的输送能力,所以在工业中有着广泛的应用,它是工业生产中实现连续化、规模化、自动化、现代化必不可少的设备。输送机械不仅能实现生产过程中各段的连接,组成流水生产线。还可以结合其他控制方法来控制物料的流量、报警等,达到控制整个生产节奏和速度的目的。
经过对该产品进行了全面设计与综合分析,从而使该产品的研制工作不仅保持了其技术的先进性,而且提高了该产品的设计质量;加快开发速度,进一步缩短了设计周期,提高设计计算的准确性,减轻技术人员的劳动强度,降低了设计成本,从而提高了该类产品的竞争能力。并加快了输送机在我国各行业的广泛推广与应用。

Using advanced design method to carry though whole design and trade-off analysis; accelerate develop speed, reduce design cost, consequently improve competitive ability of this kind of cargo, and accelerate belt conveyor’s widely spread and use.
