undoubtedlyimportant.Moreandmorecommercialsoftwaresystemsextendtheir
capabilityandpowerbyusingwebservicestechnology.Todaythee-commerceisnot
merelyusinginternettotransferbusinessdataorsupportingpeopletointeractwith
dynamicwebpage,butarefundamentallychangedbywebservices.TheWorldWide
WebConsortiumsXtensibleMarkupLanguage(XML)andtheXtensibleStylesheet
ofsystemsprogrammedbyhundredsofprogramminglanguages.Anyprogramcanbe
mappedintowebservice,whileanywebservicecanalsobemappedintoprogram.In
integratesthehotelFrontOfficesystem,PropertyManagementSystem,Customer
RelationshipManagementSystem,QualityManagementsystem,BackOfficesystem
thissystemgreatlyimprovesboththehotelcustomerandhotelofficer’s
experiencesinthehotelbusinessworkflow.Becausecurrenttechnologiesarequite
mature,itseemsnodifficultytointegratetheexistingsystemandthenewcoming
systems(forexample,web-basedapplicationsormobileapplications).However,
aresomanyheterogeneoussystemsalreadyexistandscalability,maintenance,
price,securityissuesthenbecomehugetobeovercome.FromourstudyonGroup
EnterpriseInformationSystem(EIS),EnterpriseInformationPortalsystem(EIP),
CustomerRelationshipManagementsystem(CRM)andSupplyChainManagement
althoughGHIRSisoneoffewintegrationsolutionstoaddorexpandhotelsoftware

systeminanysizeofhotelchainsenvironment.
Wedevelopedthissystemtointegratethebusinessflowofhotelmanagementby
usingwebservicesandsoftwareintegrationtechnologies.Inthispaper,firstlywe
describeascenarioofhotelreservationanddiscusstheinteractionbetweenGHIRS
andhuman.Secondlyweanalyzedetailsofdesignandimplementationofthissystem.
