摘 要 通过分析现有特殊爪型转子型线与单头螺杆内凹转子型线的构成特点,设计出了一种新型螺杆式真空泵等螺距内
凹爪型转子型线。这种转子由两对称的叶片组成,每个叶片型线有七段曲线组成。通过数学推导得到了该型线完整的端面 方程,导出了该型线的面积利用系数和抽速的公式,为进一步的研究奠定了理论基础。根据这种型线的特点可知新型等螺距 内凹转子型线具有较好的动平衡性。最后利用 Solidworks 软件绘制出了这种转子的三维实体模型,通过模拟啮合验证了端面 型线的正确性。

Dry vacuum pump
belongs to volumetric pump,
ny particle. The screw vacuum pump is mainly applied
in cleaning vacuum process, especially adapted to electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields [3—5].
The shapes of two rotors on special claw vacuum pump are double-thread centrosymmetrical. So the ro- tor enjoys excellent dynamic balance[6]. Anyway,be- cause of the diverse combination of the rotor profile and the two different conjugate rotors profiles,the manufac- turing procedure was more complex than the two identi- cal conjugate rotors. Meanwhile, calculation of the conjugate curve is so complicated that bright more in- convenient to design work. The application and work- ing performance of conjugate curve are reduced.
There are some unique advantages of special claw double-thread rotor,such as excellent dynamic bal- ance,which was studied and applied more extensively. At present,the technology of single-thread concave screw rotor is completely mature. However,it is rarely seen the public reporting of theory research and practi- cal products for double-thread and multiple-thread screw rotor vacuum pump. Therefore,the article re- searched and analyzed the profiles of the special claw rotor and the single-thread screw concave rotor,a new profile was devised,which is called fixed pitch screw
