高良姜的化学成分及其药理活性研究进展

[摘 要]高良姜是具有重要药用价值的中药之一,主要化学成分包括挥发油、二芳基庚烷类、甾醇类和黄酮类化合
物,具有较强药理活性。文章着重介绍了高良姜的抗氧化、降血糖、抗促癌、促进渗透性、抗溃疡、止呕抗腹泻、镇
痛、抗炎、抗凝血、抗血栓形成等独特的药理作用,以及分离提取有效成分等领域的一些最新研究成果。

Abstract: Alpinia officinarum is one of the important medicinal value traditional Chinese medicines. The main chemical
components include volatile oil, diarylheptanoids, sterol and flavonoids, with strong pharmacological activity. The paper focused on
some new research results of alpinia officinarum in the effects of the anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, antipromotion, promote permeability,
anti-ulcer, against emesis and anti-diarrhea, analgesia, anti-inflammatory, anti-coagulation, anti-thrombosis, and other unique
pharmacological effects. Some latest research results in the fields of extracting and separating active ingredients from alpinia
officinarum were also introduced.
