大连理工大学城市学院 本科生毕业设计(论文) 学 院:电子与自动化学院 专 业: 自动化 学 生: 满德鹏 指导教师: 张明君、金建设 完成日期: 2011年5月26日 大连理工大学城市学院本科毕业生毕业设计(论文) 基于MSP430的智能电子秤设计 总计 毕业设计(论文 页 摘 要 目前,电子计价秤的使用非常普及,逐渐会取代传统的杆秤。由压力传感器制作的电子秤已广泛地应用到各行各业, 特别是微处理机的出现,工业生产过程自动化程度的不断提高,压力传感器已成为过程控制中的一种必需的装置。 本设计给出了以MSP430混和信号单片机为核心的低功耗电子秤的设计。整个系统包括压力传感器,差模信号放大器,A/D转换模块,LED数码管显示模块。压力传感器将所称物体的重量转换为电压变化量,仪表运放和高精度运放分别完成电桥电压的双端到单端换和后级放大,A/D转换器将放大后的电压信号转换为数字量传送给MSP430单片机,经过考入单片机中的软件程序控制计算后通过数码管显示。使得该系统经过采集当前压力,根据输入单价,准确计算出物品的金额,同时把重量、金额显示到LED数码管上。 关键词:电子称;压力传感器;运算放大器 ;MSP430单片机 ; 低功耗 Abstract Nowadays,electronic scale is very popular and it will replace the traditional steelyard gradually. The electronics steelyard made by the pressure transducer has been applied to all professions, especially the emergence of the microprocessor. And with the increasing of the automation of industry production, the pressure transducer becomes a kind of essential device in the process control. This design gives the mixed signals in MSP430 microcontroller as the core of the low power electronic scale design. The system includes pressure sensor, the differential-mode signal amplifiers, A/D conversion module, LED digital tube display module. Pressure sensor referred to the weight of the object will be converted to voltage variation, instrument op-amp and high precision op-amp completed bridge voltage respectively the single ended in double and the amplifier, A/D converter will amplification voltage signals are converted to digital quantity send MSP430 microcontroller, after the software program control entered microcontroller calculation through digital pipe display. Make the system after collecting the current pressure, according to the input unit price, calculate the amount of goods, simultaneously the amount of weight, LED digital display to tube.
