[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the proliferation of K562 cells.

Methods: Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate was proportionally diluted to eight concentration groups (10, 1, 10 , 10 , 10 , 10 , 10 , 10

g·L ). The K562 cells were incubated with those different concentration groups, and cell growth status were observed at different time
under microscope. CCK-8 assay was employed to detect the ability of cell proliferation and growth curve was produced for calculating
