Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100029, China) [ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the proliferation of K562 cells. -1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -6 Methods: Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate was proportionally diluted to eight concentration groups (10, 1, 10 , 10 , 10 , 10 , 10 , 10 -1 g·L ). The K562 cells were incubated with those different concentration groups, and cell growth status were observed at different time under microscope. CCK-8 assay was employed to detect the ability of cell proliferation and growth curve was produced for calculating inhibition ratio and 50% inhibiting concentration (IC50). Results: The pro
