【摘要】目的：探讨高血压患者采取替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪联合用药的干预价值。方法：选择我院80例高血压患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例患者。对照组患者采取替米沙坦治疗8周，观察组患者采用替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗8周。对比两组治疗前后的血压水平和治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗8周，观察组患者收缩压[（124.42±10.25）mmHg]和舒张压[（82.21±8.21）mmHg]均低于对照组（P0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率无差异（P0.05）。结论：对于高血压患者采取替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪的治疗方式，可以取得良好的应用效果，有效降低患者血压水平，且不良反应少，是安全有效的治疗手段。
