摘要

构建绿色金融体系，走可持续发展道路，是我国转变经济发展方式，

建设和谐社会的重要途径。我国绿色金融起步较晚，缺少发展经验，但由

于中国独特的政治经济环境，绿色金融在我国的发展又呈现出其独有的特

点。本文先从绿色金融的界定入手，以兴业银行为例，分析了其绿色信贷

体系及其发展的现状与前景，并映射我国绿色金融的发展现状。同时也进

一步探讨了绿色金融在我国发展的机遇和挑战，提出了加快我国绿色金融

发展的一些方案和对策。

ourcountry,putforwardtoacceleratethedevelopmentofChinasgreenfinancial

somesolutionsandcountermeasures.
