基于ADAMS的牛头刨床机构的运动学仿真 摘要:虚拟样机技术是一种较新的产品开发技术,而ADAMS软件是目前最普遍的虚拟样机分析软件之一。本文简单介绍了虚拟样机技术以及ADAMS软件的特点和应用,以牛头刨床中六连杆机构为研究对象,对其进行运动学分析。运用我们学过的理论力学对机构运动学的相关理论计算;使用ADAMS软件进行建模、运动学分析及动态模拟仿真工作。验证构件模型的准确性,并对机构的可行性进行计算分析,记录相应的信息并与理论结果进行比较,充分展现了虚拟样机技术的优越性,为以后研究虚拟样机技术的研究打下了基础。 关键词:ADANMS 牛头刨床六连杆机构 运动学仿真 Shaper Mechanism Kinematics Simulation Based on ADAMS Abstract:Virtual prototype technology is a relatively new product development technology, and ADAMS software is currently one of the most common form of virtual prototype analysis software. This article simply introduces the characteristics and application of virtual prototype technology and ADAMS software, with six bar linkage in shaping machine as the research object, carries on the kinematics analysis. We learned from using the theory of mechanics of kinematics related theoretical calculation; Using ADAMS software modeling, kinematics analysis and dynamic simulation work. Verify the accuracy of the component model and the feasibility of institutional analysis, record the corresponding information and compared with theoretical results, to fully demonstrate the advantages of virtual prototype technology, virtual prototype technology for later research laid the foundation of the research.
