摘 要
以电力电子学和电机调速技术为基础, 本文设计了一种基于直流脉宽调速控制技术
的直流电机调速系统。 为了得到较好的动静态性能, 该控制系统采用了双闭环控制, 同
时速度调节器和电流调节器都选用 PI调节器。
本调速系统采用半桥型电路作为主电路 , 它相当于降压斩波电路和升压斩波电路的
串联组合 , 选用全控型器件 IGBT作开关器件。控制电路以集成 PWM控制器 SG3525为核
心,3525 输出的脉宽调制信号经 LM1413放大后作为 IGBT的驱动信号。 实验证明本调试
系统直流电压大小调节和电机可逆运行的实现非常方便, 并具有较硬的静特性和机械特
性。

Abstract
On the basis of Power Electronic and electric motor speed adjusting technology, the
calibrator designs a speed adjusting system in which Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)
controlling technology is used to control D.C. motor. Dual closed loop controlling technic is
alse adopted so that the sysetem has satisfactory steady-state and dynamic characters. The
system uses single chip micro computer as an auxiliary unit.
Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is selected as power semiconductor on-off
element in the system The thesis explains the principle of PWM controlling. The special
integrated PWM controller-SG3525 which can help us realize PWM control easily is
elaborated , this chips internal structure and its peripheral circuit are analyzed, and its
applying example in this system is given.
