标准化护理在儿童支原体肺炎中的临床效果研究

摘要：目的：探讨对支原体肺炎患儿采用标准化护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取2023年1月至10月山东大学齐鲁医院接

收的70例支原体肺炎患儿为观察对象，随机均分为两组，给予参照组基础药物治疗及常规护理，研究组在基础治疗基础上采

取标准化护理，分析并比较各组患儿的临床症状消失时间、住院时间和并发症发生情况。结果：研究组患儿退热时间、咳嗽

消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间均比参照组患儿短，并发症发生率也比参照组患儿低（P0.05）。结论：标准化护理用

于儿童支原体肺炎临床护理中效果良好，不但能快速消除患儿的临床症状，缩短患儿的住院时间，还可以降低患儿的并发症

发生率，保障护理安全性，更适合在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofstandardizednursinginterventioninchildrenwith

mycoplasmapneumonia.Methods:SeventychildrenwithmycoplasmapneumoniaadmittedtoQiluHospitalof

ShandongUniversityfromJanuarytoOctober2023wererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Thereferencegroupwas

givenbasicdrugtreatmentandroutinenursing,andthestudygroupwasgivenstandardizednursingonthebasisof

basictreatment.Thedisappearancetimeofclinicalsymptoms,lengthofhospitalstayandincidenceofcomplications

wereanalyzedandcompared.Results:Thetimeoffever,coughdisappearance,lungralesdisappearanceandhospital

stayinthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseinthereferencegroup,andtheincidenceofcomplicationswasalso
