[ Abstract] Cell cycle is a key step of a cell life, and the disorder of cell cycle can lead to the canceration.
It isw ellknow n that cyclindependent k inases ( CDK) inhibitors possess the anticancer activities due to their ab ility
of interrupting cell cycle and regu lating proliferation of cancer cells. Th is review summarized the recent progress of
cyclindependent k inases inh ib itors, especially focused on the compounds in preclin ical or clin ical trails.
