城市社区应急管理研究的现状、热点与前沿分析
——基于CiteSpace文献计量分析

摘要
城市社区是落实应急管理各项工作措施，有效开展应急救援和处置工作的“最后一公里”，是各类突发
事件发生的前沿阵地，是构筑全社会应急管理基石的关键环节，其应急管理效能事关本地区经济发展和社
会稳定，也是国家治理体系和能力现代化的重要组成部分。本文以CNKI数据库中2004年1月至2023年7月
共计287篇相关文献为分析对象，采用CiteSpace6.1.R6生成可视化知识图谱，对城市社区应急管理相关研
究的现状、热点与前沿进行了时空特征与关键词分析。如何提前介入应急管理环节、借助技术革新和智能
化手段赋能应急管理工作，以及着力提升居民自身的应急能力素养，将成为新的研究焦点与工作重点。
