（2011届） 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 我国住房社会保障的立法分析 姓　　名：　　 　 　　　　　　　　 专　　业：　　 法 学 班　　级：　　　　 摘 要：随着我国改革开放三十余年的发展，我国社会经济发展、居民生活水平均取得了巨大成就，但与此同时产生的问题也越来越多。其中，住房问题尤为突出。进入21世纪以来，中国社会一大热点话题——“房价”牵动着每个人的神经，越来越多的人表示房价太高买不起房子，住房问题沉重的压在每一个想有房子的人身上。住房问题如此严峻，整个社会不得不对此予以关注。然而，国内对住房保障的研究大多是从社会学与经济学的角度探讨，很少有人从法律角度考虑。本文试图从社会保障的法理基础以及我国住房保障法律制度的建立、发展和现状入手，指出当前我国住房保障法律制度中存在的问题及症结所在。 关键词：住房；社会保障；法律制度 analysis of housing and social security legislation Abstract：As Chinas reform and opening up the development of more than thirty years, Chinas social and economic development, living standards have made great achievements, but the resulting problems is also increasing. Among them, the housing problem is particularly prominent. In the 21st century, a hot issue of Chinese society - price affects everyones nerves,More and more people that can not afford high house prices, housing heavy pressure in each of the people who want to have a house. Housing problem is so severe, the whole community had to be concerned about this.However, the domestic security of the housing are mostly from the perspective of sociology and economics, very few people from the legal point of view.This paper attempts to Social Security and the legal basis of the legal system of the establishment of housing security, development and present situation, pointing out that the current legal system of Chinas housing security problem and the crux of the problem, and some of the world through the introduction of the typical national security of the legal system for housing the main content of a comparative analysis.Finally, the legal system of housing support practical problems existing in reality, in legislation, law enforcement and regulatory and other aspects, as put forward some feasible suggestions.
