摘 要
船舶在航行时,受到风浪、海风及海流环境扰动的作用,会在风浪产生剧烈的横摇运动,有时船舶航速很低或静水中航行时,当海浪的频率接近船舶的共振频率时,也会使船舶产生摇荡。其中以横摇影响最为显著。减摇鳍是最常用且减摇效果最好的减摇装置。近年由于电液比例技术的发展以及它的可靠性强、抗干扰能力强、节能、维修方便、成本低的优点,减摇鳍的随动系统逐渐应用了电液比例技术。
本文将主要介绍了减摇鳍电液比例控制系统的组成和工作原理,包括液压系统的各部件的结构和工作原理,以及液压系统各工作油路的工作过程,如减摇鳍叶片收放油路,减摇鳍叶片倾斜油路和减摇鳍的伺服油路。设计首先考虑液压系统结构的合理性,针对减摇鳍工况及相关的技术指标,提出合理的研制原理和研制流程。确定正确的初步总体方案,并运用AutoCAD和AMESim软件对其进行系统结构设计。分析液压系统的静态特性和动态特性,计算并结合液压控制原理减摇鳍电液比例控制系统设计的数学模型,计算并代入系统参数后用MATLAB软件对系统进行稳定性分析及时域分析,并对系统的研制方案进行设计与优化、计算与校核,真实严格地确保该设备的性能,并交付研究、开发成果。

Abstract
The ships is subjected to function of the wind waves, sea breeze and ocean current environment perturbation while sailing, will produce in the wind waves violent horizontal shake sport, sometimes when the ships sail sails in soon very low or quiet water when the frequency of wave approaches the resonance frequency of ships, will also make ships creation shake to concuss.Among them with horizontal shake influence most for show zhao.It is the inest common use and reduce to shake effect to bestly reduce to shake device to reduce to shake fin.Recent years because of electricity liquid proportion the technical development and its credibility is strong, the anti- interference ability is strong, economize on energy and maintain an advantage with convenient and low cost and reduce to shake fin of with moved system to apply to give or get an electric shock a liquid proportion technique gradually.
This text will mainly introduce to reduce to shake constituting of the fin electricity liquid proportion control system and work principle, including the structure and work principle of each parts of hydraulic system, and the work process of the hydraulic each work of system oil road, if reduce to shake a fin blade to accept to put oil road, reduce to shake the fin blade inclination oil road and reduce the servo oil road of shaking the fin.The design considers the rationality of hydraulic system structure first and aims at to reduce to shake fin wo
