This system designs according to the actual personnel system and the financial system of company by the actual demand analysis. It adopts Visual Basic 6.0, witch is more powerful, as develop tool, and it’s a single machine version for finance wage management system. The whole system come from the requirement of simple operation, friendly interface, flexible, applied, safe. It could complete the human recourse management, attendance record management and wage management course, including the foundation of personnel file, the edition of information, the enquiries of staff information, calculation, attendance management, salary enquiries, salary edit, salary scale list print, etc. After practice, it shows it’s ability to meet the personnel management and wage management. This paper introduces the main topics of development background, the main function and development process, and focus on the system design concepts, the technical difficulties and the solutions. The financial management system for wage could deal the data by human and computer instead of only by human, it could improve our working efficiency exactly.
