[摘要]顶管机盘形滚刀在施工过程中出现断裂,严重影响施工效率且增加施工成本。对断裂和偏磨的盘形滚刀进行统计和分析,发
现其断裂位置、形式有相似性,对滚刀质量的提高具有重要意义。对故障件进行外观观察、成分测试、硬度分布测试及金相组织测试,结
果表明:盘形滚刀密封性较差,在施工过程中有砂石和泥浆进入滚刀内部,造成内部轴承失效,导致盘形滚刀不能自转且出现偏磨,滚柱
相互挤压产生外推力,导致轴承外圈和刀圈均出现断裂,最终导致盘形滚刀断裂。建议改善盘形滚刀密封性,防止影响轴承运转的外部
异物进入轴承,可有效避免滚刀早期失效。
