摘要本文以大口径长距离顶管施工作为研究目的,探讨了顶管施工技术的特点及优势,分析了复杂地质条件对大口径长距离顶
管施工的影响,并通过理论分析与工程实践相结合的方法,研究了顶管掘进机头的选型与适应性、注浆减阻技术、中继间的设置与顶
进态控制、测量与纠偏技术等关键技术。结合具体工程案例,本文验证了所提技术的有效性和可行性,为复杂地质条件下大口径长
距离顶管施工提供了科学依据和技术支持,为类似工程提供了宝贵的参考经验。
Abstract:Thisarticletakeslarge-diameterlong-distancepipejackingconstructionastheresearchpurpose,exploresthecharacteristics
andadvantagesofpipejackingconstructiontechnology,analyzestheimpactofcomplexgeologicalconditionsonlarge-diameterlong-distance
pipejackingconstruction,andstudieskeytechnologiessuchastheselectionandadaptabilityofpipejackingexcavationheads,grouting
dragreductiontechnology,relaysettingandjackingposturecontrol,measurementandcorrectiontechnologythroughacombinationof
theoreticalanalysisandengineeringpractice.Basedonspecificengineeringcases,thisarticleverifiestheeffectivenessandfeasibilityofthe
proposedtechnology,providingscientificbasisandtechnicalsupportforlarge-diameterlong-distancepipejackingconstructionunder
complexgeologicalconditions,andofferingvaluablereferenceexperienceforsimilarprojects.
